The proceedings will be reviewd for possible inclusion within the Scopus, ISI, EI, DBLP, Microsoft Academic Research, ResearchGate, and Google Scholar DatabasesAll the accepted papers will be included in IAASSE digital Library.

Post Conference Updates


 

The two-day Conference had Plenary sessions with experts in education and cyber security industry Paper sessions, Panel discussions, Virtual Lab presentation. Participants from 8 countries including Netherlands, Poland, UK, USA, India, Saudi Arabia, Korea and Africa deliberated in the Conference.


On the first day of the Conference, Michael Young, Chief Product Security Officer, ESRI and Samuel Sudhakar, CIO, California State University, San Bernardino delivered keynote Speeches. While the focus of the talk of Michael Young was industrial aspect of cyber security, Samuel discussed on the implementation of Cyber Security in education. He highlighted how difficult it is to implement cyber security in big educational institutions like CSUSB. The session was chaired by Frank Lin, Associate Dean, CBPA, CSUSB.


The post lunch session had invited speeches from C.E. Tapie Rohm who illustrated how old things can be done in a new way in Cyber security. Vincent Nestler demonstrated how drones can be used in cyber security and Anat Zeelim Hovav from Korea University Business school discussed the dilemma of cyber security.


The second day of the Conference had an invited speech delivered by Vincent Nestler and Joon Son who demonstrated Self Organized Learning Environment for Virtual machine Lab. They discussed how cyber security can be taught through SOLE. This speech was followed by Paper presentation Session chaired by Vipin Gupta, Associate Dean, CBPA, CSUSB. Each paper was triple blind reviewed before it was accepted for presentation. 


The Best paper award was given to Gilchan Park whose paper received the maximum score during the review process. The Conference was concluded by Certificate distribution and closing remarks by Sanjay Kumar, Visiting Scholar, CSUSB.
