The proceedings will be reviewd for possible inclusion within the Scopus, ISI, EI, DBLP, Microsoft Academic Research, ResearchGate, and Google Scholar Databases. All the accepted papers will be included in IAASSE digital Library.
It is important that at least one author per accepted paper or participants register at the prescribed rates on or before the deadline. It is OPEN now!

The best paper will be selected by separate committee and will be the one that reports the most novel and promising research work that has a high potential impact in the real world.
Acceptance: After a double-blind peer
review, qualifying Regular Papers may be accepted as either Full
Papers or Short Papers.
Presentation: Regular Papers classified
as Full Papers are awarded a 30’ minutes slot for an oral
presentation at the conference. Regular Papers classified as Short
Papers are given either a 20’ minutes slot for an oral presentation
or assigned to present at a Poster Session.
Publication: Regular Papers will be
assigned a 7-page limit in the Conference Proceedings. The
Conference Proceedings will be published under an ISSN
by Conference
Chairs, Redlands, California USA and will be available
online on conference website. The extended versions of all papers
will be included, specifically
in IJASCSE and include final versions of all
accepted papers, adjusted to satisfy reviewers’ recommendations.
Online publication is exclusive to papers which have been both
published and presented at the event.
Researchers are encouraged to submit their work electronically. The submission must be for the full paper ( abstracts only are not accepted). All papers will be fully refereed by a minimum of three specialized referees. Before final acceptance, all referees comments must be considered. Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings. Best papers awards will be distributed during the conference.
Papers reporting original and unpublished research results pertaining to the related topics are solicited. Full paper manuscripts must be in English of up to 7 pages (using the IEEE two-column template instructions). Submissions should include the title, author(s), affiliation(s), e-mail address(es), abstract, and postal address(es) on the first page. The online submission site is: CMT by Microsoft (click here). If web submission is not possible, please contact the general chair for alternate arrangements at iccs@iaasse.org. Papers will be selected based on their originality, timeliness, significance, relevance, and clarity of presentation. Paper submission implies the intent of at least one of the authors to register and present the paper, if accepted.The authors may choose the option to present the paper through Skype.
There are two different
submission types. Selection of papers within each category will be
handled independently.
